Categorising people for not doing something the same way that we do it is something that many of us are guilty of. To a certain extent, we assume that our way is the right way. Of course, there are some things in life which must be done a certain way and there is not in between.
There are many of us who love to exercise but it is annoying for those who don't exercise regularly to be constantly listening to others going on about how important it is to exercise on a regular basis. Regular exercise is important but some people have a valid reason for not exercising; it could be the case that a medical condition prevents them from doing so.
Then you have the couch potato who refuses to exercise because he or she would prefer to watch the television all day long. However are they causing any real harm to anyone else? At the moment, the biggest health worry for a lot of people is binge drinking and we are seeing news stories about this almost every day.
No matter how many programmes we see about young binge drinkers, the problem just doesn't seem to be going away, even though most of us know how bad this is for us. This problem is not exactly new and has been happening for years; most of us can remember a time when we were doing the exact same thing!
And let's not forget about the people who spend all day every day playing games such as Angry Birds Online. And why shouldn't they play it, if it is something that gives them enjoyment and does not interfere with other areas of their lives.
It would not be wise to spend all day on these games but where is the harm in deciding to Play Angry Birds Online. I'm sure it won't be long before we find there just aren't enough hours in the day to do all the things that we want to do.
